These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the sjili platform. Please read them carefully before creating an account or placing any bet. By accessing sjili, you agree to be legally bound by these terms in full.
All sjili accounts are strictly restricted to persons aged 21 years or older, in compliance with PAGCOR. Age is verified via government-issued Philippine ID during KYC.
Each sjili player is permitted exactly one account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will result in permanent closure and forfeiture of any associated balances.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the sjili Platform. sjili reserves the right to suspend or close any Player Account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete KYC verification, or at the Player's own request.
Upon closure of an Account by sjili due to breach of these Terms, any Account balance (including Real Money Funds) may be forfeited if sjili determines that such forfeiture is warranted by the nature of the breach, particularly in cases involving fraud, money laundering, multi-accounting, or prohibited conduct as described in Section 10.
Players wishing to voluntarily close their sjili Account may do so by contacting support at [email protected]. Any Real Money Funds in a voluntarily closed Account will be returned to the Player via their verified payment method, subject to completion of applicable KYC and AML review procedures.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the sjili Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, display, or create derivative works from any sjili Platform content without the express prior written consent of sjili.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, sjili's aggregate liability to any Player in connection with their use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of Real Money Funds held in that Player's Account at the time the relevant claim arises.
sjili shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses arising from your use of, or inability to use, the sjili Platform.
sjili does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, network disruptions, or third-party service failures may affect Platform availability. sjili will use commercially reasonable efforts to restore service promptly following any disruption.
sjili collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its Implementing Rules and Regulations. The manner in which sjili collects, uses, and protects your personal data is described in full in the sjili Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference.
By accepting these Terms, you consent to sjili's collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of Account administration, KYC verification, AML compliance, and communications regarding your Account and applicable promotions.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of any dispute between a Player and sjili, the Player should first contact sjili's customer support team at [email protected] to seek informal resolution. sjili will use reasonable efforts to resolve all Player complaints within 5–10 business days of receipt of a formal written complaint.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms.
sjili reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments will become effective upon publication on the sjili Platform. Where a material change is made, sjili will provide reasonable notice to registered Players via email or on-Platform notification prior to the effective date of the amendment.
Your continued use of the sjili Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account. The current version of these Terms, together with the effective date, will always be accessible on this page.
